Dyan Sue: Hello, I’m Dyan Sue Kovacs and I am Phoenix Deaf Women Organization, (PDWO), President. This morning I walked my dog and I was thinking about PDWO. Wow, really, PDWO has helped me and our board members to grow significantly, developed networking, sisterhood, and I can’t really describe as it has been amazing. Plus, we will be hosting, (DWU), Deaf Women United conference in 2019 of July. This will be a big event and we are truly excited about that conference and as well as PDWO’s future events. And we really want you to experience that bond, support, and among other things, yeah. Currently, we are in search of a secretary and we want you to join us and experience that with us and grow with us. Even if you’re interested in being a part of board members but the thought of being secretary scares you because you feel unconfident with your writing. Oh, please don’t worry about that because secretary’s main tasks are to record things in our meetings and when it comes to writing an email or other things, we, the board members, will help you with writing so please don’t worry. If you are enthusiastic, contact me at Dyan.Kovacs@phoenixdeafwomen.org and please reach out by June 1st. Why June 1st, so we can incorporate things and begin working together as soon as possible so we can begin working together in the fall and so on. I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon. Bye.
